We use no stick spray (like Pam) a lot in my house. The brand we currently have is apparently no longer made so they can't tell me if it contains gluten or not. Does anybody have a certain brand that they know is gluten free and use?

Pam is gluten-free, except for one specific formula labeled "Pam for Baking" that contains wheat flour. The other ones are canola oil without any additives that contain anything to worry about.

I also use Pam.
On their website they say:
Is PAMŽ gluten-free?
Original PAMŽ, Butter Flavor PAMŽ, and Olive Oil PAMŽ do not contain any ingredients derived from wheat products. However, PAMŽ Baking is not gluten-free as it contains real flour, which is derived from wheat.
