Alfalfa Sprouts

Is it safe to eat alfalfa sprouts? R they part of the wheat family?

No they are not in the wheat family. But you might want to call the grower to make sure they arent grown with "wheatgrass" sprouts. Same containers. Cross contamination issues.

Alfalfa beans that sprouts are legumes and it's not gluten related. (Some here do have issues with legumes, but it is not gluten).
