Hi everyone! I read other posts saying Hellmans mayonnaise is safe but what about Kraft real mayonnaise? The label looks safe but now I'm worried because no one has mentioned it.
Thanks!

Kraft is a company that discloses all gluten (doesn't hide it in vague terms like "natural flavor"). Therefore, if you don't see wheat, rye, barley or oats on the label, then it's OK.

Here is a list of companies that have a "do not hide the gluten" policy. It's worth looking over, then if you're in a store and needing something like salad dressing but didn't research it ahead of time, you know that you can just read the label of a Kraft or Wishbone (Unilever) bottle and be OK.
