Do they make gluten-free wonton or eggroll wrappers? Is there a recipe out there?

Check your asian markets. I bought "spring roll skins" there . . . haven't done anything with them yet . . . that are made from rice. I've never bought anything like that, the girl at the store that helped me said I needed to soak them in water first to make them pliable. Check labels because they had more than one kind and some of them had wheat.

at the asian store they also have wrappers made with tapioca flour, you also soak them first, then I fill them roll them brush them with olive oil and bake them...... mmmmm good!!

I have wrappers I bought @ the grocery... you soak them first. :)

the brand is : BANH TRANG "Spring Roll Skin" and the ingredients are:Tapioca Flour, Water & Salt.

If you can't find them @ grocery I bet you could find a retailer online :)

      Enlarged lymph nodes in neck and groin with celiac are not uncommon. They can take time to reduce even after going gluten-free. Monitoring is key.

      Hi Scott, yes I have had symptoms for years and this is the second GI I have seen and he could not believe I have never been tested. He called later today and I am scheduled for an endoscopy. Is there a way to tell how severe my potential celiac is from the results above? What are the chances I will have the biopsy and come back negative and we have to keep searching for a cause?

      I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.
