I accidentally found a new Gluten Free Bread Mix and it is the best I have ever had. It comes out of the oven smelling and tasting like real bread. It has that wonderful Wonder bread taste. It makes the best toast I have had in years. I have also made grilled chesse sandwiches that are wonderful. The ad says it is not crumbly and does not have a sour after taste and it is correct.
