I have posted before about how I can't stay full for very long and am constantly snacking (real hunger, not just appetite). Well, I went to D'Lites Emporium last week (which I've also posted about, appears to be only in Florida) and found several gluten-free products I'd never heard of. One of them was ExtendBar, and the company also makes ExtendCrisps. They claimed to be gluten-free on the package although there was a "made in a facility which processes wheat" warning. I thought if it really worked to keep your blood sugar stabilized and keep you feeling full, then it'd be worth a shot, so I got the apple cinnamon bar and the white cheddar crisps. Both of them worked! My husband suggested trying to find them online cheaper because they were each $2, and I found the company website. They actually test these products for gluten. Here is the link to the nutrition info:

I found a special offer online and wanted to share it in case anyone's interested. It's not cheaper to order them from ExtendBar than to buy them singly at D'Lites, but it is a little cheaper than Amazon. But this coupon's the best of all! $15.99 for 15 bars and free shipping. There are other flavors, and you can opt to get 2 of each.

The apple one tasted a little soy-like to me, but it wasn't bad at all, and the crisps were grrreat! They got me through my gym workout without a single growl from my stomach!
I have no interest in this company other than being thrilled to have more gluten-free options and having found a way to stop eating for a few hours.
