We are newly diagnosed...my two children ,my son (17) and daughter (10).
there are three different gluten-free bread recipes baking in my oven its about 120 degrees in the house but whats a Mom to do so far I can not find a bread they like in stores and money it is so tight ok ok so here is my new find today, I am also making turkey burgers for dinner and I use Bells seasonings I checked their site and its Gluten Free. see below . I have come to this group to read and get encouraged so much thank you all.
I will post more so beware.....
I also use A1 sauce and its gluten-free , for bread crumbs I have been trimming the crusts off the little ones bread her whole life ( she insists ) so now I save them in a paper bag for a day or two, then freeze them and then when have enough I made them into bread crumbs using my ancient food processor, saves lots of monies there too.
i have so much to learn .. but I also have a happy daughter who is counting the days without pain and throwing up so its all worth it.

Of course we won't be using their stuffing recipe but i do use it in my gluten-free stuffing

If you have a covered gas grill, you can bake bread in your grill. Use an oven thermometer inside the grill til you get the hang of how high to turn it to get the temp you want. If possible, light only one side of the grill, and put the pan on the other side (that's called indirect heat). A bread machine might help, too, or a large toaster oven, if you have an outdoor electric outlet.

For bread crumbs, I just use potato flakes, or even better, corn meal (which is pretty much what Bell seasoning is, isn't it? That's what Zatarain's fish fry is.)
