What store bought chip dips are gluten-free? I have tried to google it, but I keep getting homemade recipes. Thanks.

Kraft dips will clearly list any form of gluten.

Good old Lipton Onion Dip that you make with Sour Cream and Lipton Onion Mix will work. (Other Lipton Dryed Mixes are NOT gluten free)

"Helluva Good" (red container) are mostly all gluten-free. They will list anything that has Gluten, but so far all that I've seen are gluten-free.

Is Lipton Onion still gluten-free? It lists Yeast Extract in the ingredients and I always thought that was unsafe as it contains Barley. This list: http://www.gicare.co...luten-Free.aspx says it contains gluten.

Thanks :)

Lipton Onion Soup and Dip Mix is listed as gluten free in Cecelia's Grocery Shopping Guide 2009-10 Edition. I use it frequently in my beef stew.

Guess with conflicting information, we should contact the company, just to make sure.

Ah Ha....

Lipton's is an Unilevel Company and their policy is to always list all forms of gluten as in wheat, malt, barley and rye:
