Thanks for the quick note about the soy sauce. My local Albertson's even carries LaChoy Brand Soy Sauce. My chicken wings turned out very good for our Super Bowl Party ;)

    2 lbs Chicken Wings

    2 cups honey

1 cup LaChoy Brand soy sauce

    1/2 cup ketchup

    2 cloves garlic - minced

    1/4 cup oil

Cut off the wing tips and cut the wings on the joint, so that you have two pieces. Places the chicken pieces on a broiler pan, and broil for 10 minutes on each side - with broiler pan on the middle shelf of your oven. In the meantime, mix all of your sauce ingredients in a bowl. Put your browned chicken wings in your crock pot, pour sauce over them, and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours. Put some sesame seeds on top if desired.
