I'm interested in hearing some stories about how changing to a gluten free makeup has helped anyone? What do you recommend aside from Afterglow Cosmetics?
Thanks!

Changing to gluten-free skin and haircare products, as well as makeup turned out to be really important for me. I finally got to 100% okay.
I don't use much makeup-- just lipstick/ gloss and mascara and from time to time some blush.
Here is what works for me:
mascara-- NARS
lipstick/ gloss-- chanel, clinique, 100% pure and burt's bees
blush-- 100% pure, NARS
For skin care, I have found that Sundari, caudalie, burt's bees, 100% pure, LUSH and Korres make products I can use. This is for cleaning and moisturizing. I use carmex for moisturizing my lips.
For hair care, I use burt's bees, LUSH and korres.
I hope this helps. It took a lot of effort to fins things that worked for me and it was a frustrating process. I have a lot of allergies and shun heavy fragrances and harsh chemicals.
