My wife and I will be moving to the Corning, NY area in a few months and I was hoping that someone may have ideas of where we might be able to find a gluten-free restaurant.

This is a long shot, but hopefully you are willing to help me. My husband and I are going overnight to Corning tomorrow (10/22/09) and I'm a celiac. I saw your inquiry from September 2008 and was wondering if you have any advice to give as a restaurant we could go to for dinner. If you have the time to help, thank you! If you do not, I knew this was a long shot and thank you for taking the time to read it.
