A1 Steaksauce..I think it's gluten-free cus' it Kraft foods and don't they list wheat? It does have distilled vinegar...does anyone know for sure?

Distilled vinegar is ok for celiacs and anything kraft is ok as long as it doesn't say wheat,rye,barley,or oats. Kraft will clearly list those things :D

Well I ate it and I feel OK so far. It also has caramel coloring BUT Kraft does say they will clearly list wheat, so I guess it's OK. If I get no reaction, I will know for sure. Apparently some celiacs can't handle distilled vinegar.

So far I'm OK.

Thank god for Kraft foods and good labels.

Yeah some have had trouble with it but from what I have heard is its ok and I have also had no problem with it. If you react to it though stay away from it of course. You are definately right about Kraft...I consider them the best celiac friendly company. :D

Well, I'm not quite sure if I reacted to A1 or not....last night I was REALLY bloated but I didn't have diarrhea or nausea.

today I felt fine..so I'm not sure if I reacted or not, but I think I'll stay away from A1 just in case!

      Trying to read my lab results

      Hi Scott, yes I have had symptoms for years and this is the second GI I have seen and he could not believe I have never been tested. He called later today and I am scheduled for an endoscopy. Is there a way to tell how severe my potential celiac is from the results above? What are the chances I will have the biopsy and come back negative and we have to keep...

      Constant low back, abdominal and pelvic pain!

      I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.
