Ok, I'm really, really new at this....what oils are okay? I don't so a lot of baking, but Ellie loves fish, so what can I cook it in? What about spices/herbs? Thanks in advance??

All oils are safe, e.g., vegetable oil, canola oil, corn oil, olive oil, etc.

All "one ingredient" spices are safe e.g., thyme, oregano, etc.

For spice mixes with more than one ingredient, you need to read the ingredients to make sure.
