Yesterday, March 1, Paul Harvy gave credit to the connection between Celiac Disease and Ostioperosis (sp?) He recommended that all people with bone density losses be tested for celiac disease. Unfortunately he described celiac disease as an intollerance to wheat with no mention of barley or rye. However, he did say that a diet change is all that is necessary to correct the problem.
Considering how many stations carry Paul Harvy's The Rest of the Story program, this is exciting.
