Can you have DH in your nose? It seems that maybe I do. Anyone else?

Inside my nose, inside my ears, in my hair...you get the picture. The ones in my nose and ears can drive me crazy. For some reason, they seem to get more irritated than those on my arms and chest.

I have been gluten-free for about two years and I still have the spots come up, just not as often and not as "itchy" (I put the itchy in quotes because it is not the usual itch for us...at least not like a histamine reaction such as a mosquito bite). I never knew the difference until I learned what I had.
