Neither one of those items has any gluten in it. Unless you had the reese's minis...sometimes the snack size of candies are not gluten free. I'm not sure why this is though. Ziegler's Apple Cider is gluten-free though. Maybe it was something else that snuck into your diet?

Zieglers is gluten-free--they don't have any gluten in their facility at all. (per email)

Hershey's has been less than forthcoming recently with information about their "natural flavors". When I called them, I was told that the "natural flavors" "could or could not" contain gluten--they don't know.

I am very newly diagnosed, and having drunk cider a couple of times since, after not having it for years, I noticed it upset my tummy quite a bit - gave me wind, headache (not just from too much  ) Both times I also had insomnia/bad dreams. I wonder if it is the fructose?
