New Bakery out of Regina, SK, Canada. Oatstanding Bakery makes gluten-free products that are being sold here where we buy the rest of our gluten-free products.

They use oats that are being kept gluten-free from right from the time they are planted. This company was started by the same people who bring us Only Oats, which also makes muffin and cookie mixes, spice mixes etc. Their goal is to try and allow people with a gluten intolerance to enjoy oats again.

My wife purchased some of the muffins on our last trip to the store, and they are AWESOME. Moist and full of flavor, and they don't make me sick which is the best part. Hopefully, if they are a huge hit, they will be marketed other places as well.
