I met a wonderful gluten-free/CF woman a week ago. I think she has adopted me. I just left her house and she gave me a big box of baking ingredients and 2 Purely decedant ice creams. I'm munching on the cookie dough right now. Mmmmm. The best non-cow ice cream I've had. It might even beat some cheap cow ice creams. The texture and flavor are the best. Allergen information: to paraphrase, they test for gluten, dairy, almond, penut, and soy allergens. This flavor "contains: coconut milk, soya lechtin, soy oil (does not contain soy protein)"

OK, I'm loving it, but the roof of my mouth is irritated. Did I just discover an intolerence? I better not have. I love this stuff. It is by Turtle Mountain.

I also love the woman who gave me these to try and all the magazines and recipies. I have lots of fun stuff to do while I recover from my recent restaraunt glutening.
