So I keep a food journal of everything I put in my mouth to see if I get sick or have bad mood swings I can go back five days prior [[Since that's how long it takes me to get the mood swings]] and see what went wrong.
I've been noticing the days I kiss someone five days later I always get depressed. Is there anyway... like am I just screwed when it comes to kissing and just have to live with getting sick five days later?

Have your partner brush their teeth before kissing them. :)
GLUTEN FREE 4/4/08. LEGUME/SOY FREE 5/15/08. YEAST FREE. CORN FREE. GRAIN FREE. DAIRY FREE. I am eating all meats, eggs, veggies, fruits, squash, nuts and seeds. I just keep getting better every day. :)

The mood swings and your allergy are probably not related, especially due to the large gap in time.

A lot of Celiacs have a more delayed response to gluten.
I feel like Briana's responses are related.

And when it comes to kissing, like Shay said, have them brush their teeth--a rinse is not enough!
i am still undiagnosed, but my name is cynthia !

me and my boyfriend have lunch together everyday and everyday he eats something that has gluten in it, and after lunch he would always walk me to my class and i would kiss him goodbye, but i would always feel bad after. So i stopped kissing him after lunch and it made a whole lot of a difference, so that may be the problem

It's different though.
I'm in highschool. And we like kiss at school like between periods.
Is there anyway to fix this?

Have him bring his toothbush to school with him, so after lunch he can brush them real quick then kiss you.

My bf always makes sure he brushes his teeth after he eats wheat.
