I just came back from the doctor. The debilitaing dizzy spells for 2 weeks!!! has been caused by a viral infection of both ears. Medication, fluids, rest and I should be better. I still have the tummy issues and endoscopy in 4 weeks to test for celiac and carcinoids but the relief that its a simple ear infection has given me such a relief. Thanks so much!!

That's good news. I assume they put you some type of medication, so you should start feeling better soon.
