Hi,

I'm 23, and I'm a french celiac and I would like to visit the USA one day. I hope i could be welcomed by young american celiacs at home because it is easier for my gluten-free diet and it would be interesting to meet others celiacs. I can too welcome celiacs in France.
Maybe could you help me to do this project? Thanks!
Emilie

Bonjour. :)

What a wonderful idea! I am in Canada so I cannot help you with it but I think it is a brilliant idea.

I wish you much success.

December 2008, while seeing improvement on the gluten free diet, I did not recover and so in December of 2008 began the SCD and now have hope for recovery.

Salut!

I suggest looking into going to New York; there are a good number of celiacs and it is a great place for someone who is just arriving from abroad. There is a good French population as well, which would make your journey that much easier. Gluten Free New York often has meet-ups, so asking them for help would be in your best interest.

Bon voyage et bonne chance pour ton voyage!

Do you know how to contact gluten-free New York?
