Can anyone list me some good gluten free supplements.

And have you had any trouble losing/ gaining weight dealing with coeliacs.

Gym and undiagnosed coeliacs was pure hell for me and I think I realise that is why it was so hard getting to the gym im hoping now gluten free that my body will absorb more of my protein and il put on muscle.

I already have decent mass due to an endomorphism body type

98 kilos
182cm
and 16% bf

Im working on the BF with coeliacs there is not much to eat anyway so Il get lean and less carbs

Most of Shaklee's supplements are gluten free. The herb 5 isn't and there is one other one. The rest are okay. Including the protein shakes.
