Muir Glen Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
Health Valley Vegetarian Chili

According to what I've read online these are supposed to be safe, but has anyone ever had a reaction to them? The Muir Glen soup (some of their soups contain gluten but the chicken and wild rice supposedly does not) seems to aggravate the itchy bumps on my arms (which may or may not be DH), which is why I'm wondering.
