Does anyone here know if the Terra Exotic Vegetable Chips Original are gluten-free? They are like fancy potato chips made from vegetables. I decided last minute today to make a receipe that has them in it and of course the company is closed (Sunday) so I can't call them.
The ingredients sound fine but I didn't know if someone knew something else about them that I didn't.
Ingredients: A seasonal mix of Root vegetables (Taro, (colored with beet juice), Sweet Potato, Yuca, Batata, Parsnip, Canola oil and/or Safflower oil and/or Sunflower oil, and Salt.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Roo
