Better add, our main national group is going to sell advertising on 1-2-1 to restaurants that fulfil what struck me as reasonably stringent gluten-free criteria.
So, despite their quirks I must admit they are probably doing me more good than harm!
I think they are particularly good for people who have already settled into the gluten-free way of life. Locally the group is almost all older couples and a handful of small children. Trying to find my feet as I still am - after more than two years - I have found this forum invaluable these last few weeks, and will be for a long while yet!
