Oh I have to be the happiest celiac disease college student in America! Well the other day was my birthday and my mom and dad live out in the bush above the arctic circle in a village. So I get this call saying that I have a cake at the runway for me to pick up. She sent a fresh cake on a bush plane so that I can have a b-day cake, Woot!
