Looking for advice to make running/sports easier and your thoughts on the chance of having celiac disease.
Quick bio-
Age: 14
Environmental allergies: long list...triggers asthma (I take Singulair and Claritin)
Food allergies: raspberries, bananas, apples, tomatoes, wheat, garlic, sweet potato, peanuts
Intolerances: Lactose, corn syrup
Currently waiting for blood results for celiac disease. I have suffered many months of GI issues.
Other issues: asthma (singulair, morning powder inhaler, rescue inhaler), osgood-schlatter disease (knee bands to tighten the tendon- helps with pain), structure of left knee is messed up (2 dislocations in the last year- currently sticking to physical therapy plan and wearing proper shoes- feels strong), fibromyalgia, eczema, hand tremor (unknown cause),
crazy hardcore periods that are irregular. I got my period when I was 12 and it became regular at 13. After a few months of it being regular, it became very irregular. (7-9 days long, comes every 2 weeks to every 6 weeks, heavy and tiring)
I had my blood drawn for celiac disease a week ago and since then have gone back on my wheat-free diet (along with avoiding the other problem foods).
If you have any tips to help with pain/tiredness while running, they would be much appreciated.
If i left any important details out, let me know.
Thank you!
