So the other day i went to the grocery store (wegmans) and they had put out all the kosher for passover foods. I was looking around and was so happy when i found this chocolate bar from Israel that is dairy free and appears to be gluten free. it tastes delicious! but i am a little worried becuase i am not 100% sure it is gluten-free. it has an allergy warning that says it may contain traces of peanuts, hazelnuts, pecans, and almonds...nothing about wheat but then again who knows if the allergy labeling laws in Israel are different? and of course i know gluten is not ever listed as an allergen.
Here are the ingredients:
Sugar, Cocoa mass, Cocoa butter, Vanillin, Min Cocoa solids 45%
What do you think?? It seems ok but i just need some reassurance.
(I can not find a website or any sort of contact information anywhere!!)

I would eat it. I don't see anywhere that they would hide gluten. Enjoy.

It doesn't matter what the country of origin's labeling laws are - if it is sold in the USA, it is governed by USA rules.
I would eat it.
