so i've been having really bad vertigo and head aches and my GI said it might be because of a B12 deficiency...I was wondering if the Nature Made brand of vitamin B12 is okay? That brand is on sale buy one get one free at stop and shop so I really hope so haha

My bottle is at home (Im at work) but I take Spring Valley B12 with no problem. My bottle says Gluten Free (or No Gluten on it forget how it is). It is smaller print on the bottle. All of my other vitamines are Nature Made and they all print No Gluten / Gluten Free on them if they are.

Hope you start feeling better soon.

I've been taking the Nature Made super B-complex (vitamins C. thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, B6, folic acid, B12, biotin, and pantothenic acid), and it's amazing how much better I feel.

It's awfully strong, though--I've been cutting the pills in half, and just taking half.

It says "no gluten" right on the bottle, and they have them at Costco.
