Just wondering adding some cottage cheese to diet. Pretty sure almost all dairy is gluten free, but just thought maybe there is a secret ingredient I dont know of which may be in cheese that i should know of!

Plain cheese is gluten-free. Check products which are not pure cheese, such as cheese sauces, cheese spreads, and cheese that has been flavored or seasoned.
There has been some discussion here from time to time about bleu cheese and similar cheeses, as the mold strain could have originated on a starter which contained gluten. Today, almost all producers use gluten-free starters. Even if they didn't, the amount of gluten that would be in the cheese as a result would be below detectable levels.
