I have been purchasing Nature Made supplements for years, since they have always clearly labeled "Gluten Free". I noticed today however, the Maltodextrin is listed in the Other Ingredients section??? Can they label it Gluten Free if it contains this ingredient?
Thanks,
Janet

Yes, they can. Maltodextrin is gluten-free.

just to reinforce what was said above. I read about 6 months ago when researching what things were widely accepted on our diet, maltodextrin and caramel coloring are both made without wheat in the US. I encourage more research on caramel color but since reading that i have tried products listing maltodextrin and had no problems
