I want to e-mail a thread to my niece that concerns her health. But one of the posters referenced another thread with a link in which I asked a direct question concerning my niece. I didn't mention her by name but she will recognize herself and my sign on. I didn't ask her permission to ask about her here and don't want to offend her even though I'm concerned about her health.
Can I e-mail her this thread but delete that one entry? The rest is pertinant to her condition.

One solution is to e-mail it to yourself and then edit out the part you don't want prior to forwarding the e-mail.
The caveat is that different e-mail services and clients handle forwards and editing of them differently.
