I've been dying to make meatloaf with ground turkey, but i'm having trouble finding turkey that is definitely gluten free. both stoney brook farms and jennie-o list theirs as being gluten free, but their websites still advise customers to beware of added 'natural flavors'. i've been having a rough time with accidental ingestion and now that i'm finally feeling better, i want to be positive that what i'm eating is 'safe' for me.
another thing i have questions about is chicken. i know that most chickens are fed a diet consisting of wheat and corn. will this have any effect on whether or not the meat contains gluten?
