I subscribe to recall notices via email from the CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) and received this recall today about rice based bread products containing undeclared gluten. Thought I would share for anyone living around the Toronto area.

Diagnosed with Celiac Sept '08. Found a tumor in my small intestine shortly after, it was removed and was melanoma. Been on a strict gluten-free diet since Sept, with no 'incidents'. So I'm not 100% convinced I have Celiac, but I wish it was all I had.
