Hi everyone -
My first time posting. Was curious if anyone out there has experience eating gluten-free while training for endurance competitions like the Ironman. I ran IM LP in 2007 prior to my diagnosis and want to get back in racing form.
I'm a celiac with lactose-intolerance and IBS. Is there a way of eating out there that will allow you enough energy for extending training/performance?
