Very new to the forum and was wondering if there is anyone from Essex, UK on here?

Trying to establish if there are any restaurants in the Essex area that serve gluten-free or any good shops that stock gluten-free food...

Hi Storm , my hubby and son both have celiac disease and we live in in Essex.


We don't eat out much unless on our hols although we do get Indian takeaway sometimes (most indians are ok - generally speaking Indian cooking does not have wheat fl/gluten in it...just avoid the Naan - go for the pooppodoms!)
