I don't think so, but I would be interested to see if anyone else responds.
I am originally from SEMO and get back to visit relatives, usually 2-3 times per year.
There is a support group in Springfield, MO (where I live now) and also Branson, and the two collaborate frequently. I know there is a group in St. Louis area, but I don't know any specifics. You can find contact info on the Celiac.com website under Support Groups.
