The other night I made a Leiber kosher for passover labelled gluten free cake with Duncan Hines frosting. Later that night I had a horrible gluten attack. I wrote Duncan Hines and the frosting was Gluten Free. The only other option I could think of is the cake itself cause everything else was pure gluten free that day. Did any body else have bad experiences eating their supposingly gluten free claims on their cakes? Do you think Lieber lied on there packaging?
