I just found out I have wheat, soy, egg, & dairy allergies. I need to reorganize my kitchen. I noticed that rice chex are gluten-free, but are there other products that fall into that catergory but not labeled gluten-free. My guess is not to many would fall info this catergory. I feel overwhelmed having to read all those labels and try to identify all the bad ingrd. Also, have you switched your entire family to gluten-free? Thanks

There are lots of foods which do not contain gluten, but do not have "gluten-free" on the label.
Try these links for useful information:
Unsafe ingredients.
Safe ingredients.
Here's a list of companies that have a clear gluten policy. If you don't see "wheat, rye, barley, barley malt, oats" on the labels, its not there, or hidden in "flavors, starches, etc."
I hope this helps you get started.
