Hey all,
I will be leaving for Zihuantanejo next month for almost 3 weeks. Has anyone ever traveled there and left haveing been successfully gluten free? Any good restaraunts? How do you say Gluten free or allergy in Spanish?!

I will be staying in a bungalow with a kitchen so I can probably bring food and buy food there. How are the grocery stores?
