I am newly diagnosed and have been doing lots of reading and searching. I was hoping someone out there might have a pretty good list of the hidden gluten ingredients. I am doing fine with most of the ingredients, however sometimes I come across one or two that I am not sure of, so I stay away to be safe. Any help would be appreciated.
