Any suggestions to easing it? I know that there are a lot of antacids that are safe to take, but my experience with them is that they screw up my... um, motility. That's a good word

I'm a little over 28 weeks pregnant, and the reflux officially starting kicking in about a week or so ago. At first I could trace it to food, but now it doesn't so much matter. I had the same with my first around this time.

Grazing . . . instead of eating meals. I couldn't sit down and eat a big meal . . . or a medium meal . . . quantity did me in more than type of food so I ate more small meals/snacks. These days I both graze and eat meals . . . probably why I could stand to lose 25 pounds
I tilted my mattress, too . . . put a couple of pillows under the mattress at the head end.
