Anyone know if Greek gyros are gluten-free? We are going to Tarpon Springs, FL in a few days and would love to have some greek food while there.

Yes, they are. It's actually a pita bread. I am more interested in finding out about the meat. Do real (not chain) greek rest have gluten in the gyro meat?
