Hello guys!

I'm an Italian celiac girl. On Sunday August 16th I'll flight to the USA and i'll stay there for 10 days for an organized tour with some friends of mine in these cities: New York, Amherst, Toronto, Sayre, Beltsville, Washington, Miami.

It is an organized tour, breakfasts and dinners are organized but the lunch is free.. so I ask to you if you can suggest to me any restaurant, bar or something like this where can I eat for the lunch en each Town that I wrote in the title...

I would to know also if in those cities there are some stores, markets or shops specialized to sell celiac foods, if you know any of these, please give me the address so I can buy something to eat during the transfer from-to the cities by bus..

The Whole Foods homepage (linked repeatedly at the link above) has a store locator, so you can find out where there are Whole Foods Markets near the other places you're visiting. Whole Foods is very good because they have a good selection of gluten free foods (though you may have to ask for help, as it can be hard to find) and also hot food buffets with each item's ingredients clearly marked. You can eat there at tables provided.
