I'm diagnosed about three years now and am very strict--our homes gluten-free and we rarely eat out. I had a rash break out on the top of my head that was awful. It burned like a sunburn and it was crusty. But it did go away on it's own. Before I was gluten-free I would sometimes get this type of rash on my hands. My mom, who was never tested, used to have it all the time only far worse than mine. Does this sound familiar?

So now that patch on my head tingles. I don't feel anything and it isn't crusty but I can tell where it was. I am really vain about my hair to a fault and I am afraid it is thinned out up there now.

Can I or should I do anything?
