Help
I will be going back to Pensacola in December and need to find places that we can eat around there. We will be in Fort Walton, Destin, pensacola and Panama City sometime during our trip so I could uses places to eat and heath food stores that have gluten free goodies. I will be staying at a hotel with a stove and fridge so I am looking to eat out once a day

Everyman Co-Op in Pensacola. It's right downtown. It's a $12 fee to join for a year but they wave it the first time. Otherwise a 15% markup on shelf prices. They have a pretty good selection and everything is well labeled. It's a nice store and carries some uncommon (to me) brands.
I posted this not too long ago as we were just there. I'm no help on restaurants because I rarely eat out but I LOVE Joe Pattis for fresh seafood to cook. Try the pompano! Also, they make great sushi and I ate lots and never had any trouble.
