I am in the market to buy one of these. However, the decision is a little daunting. These are the features that I am looking for:

-easy to use
-reasonably priced (not wanting to go over $ 150.00 and thats pushing it :P )
-capability to seal mason jars with appropriate adapter (use for rice, grains, cereal, etc. I have lots of mason jars)
-want to seal meat items, individual meals, bulk items for freezer and homemade beef jerky

I'm sure there are other things to consider, but I can't think right now. I need some input. Thanks! :)
Me:

I love, love, love my Foodsaver. We use it for everything. I don't recall how much I paid but I think it was about $100. But don't try to save a few bucks on the bags. You have to buy the foodsaver bags. We tried to save $3 by getting the Great Value brand once and half of them didn't seal properly or remain sealed.

I don't have one, but my nieghbor does and she loves it. I would buy one if I froze large quantities that I was going to need to keep for a longer period of time, but I don't. So, for now, I'll save the extra expense.
