Can anyone recommend a really great gluten-free cook book? My kids and I have been diagnosed/cooking gluten-free for about 2 years now, and I'm running out of creative ideas. I am an Army wife and a mom to two elementary school age kids( ages 9 & 5), and I am in school myself, my husband does not have Celiac but follows the diet with us, so I am looking for a book that has easy to cook recipes that will please the whole family. There are so many out there, and I want to buy a really good one. Any help will be GREATLY appreciated!!
Thanks,
Kimberly

You might want to try the library for some books to see which you want to buy. I have found so many in my library system. A lot of cook books aren't that good, so, you really have to look! I also like getting magazines because they have recipes and other ideas in them, too. A great one is Living Without Magazine.
