I just started keeping a food log to figure out my tummy issues. I've been gluten-free for about 2 months. I can now "hear" everything going on in my tummy. Gurgling, growling, etc. Yogurt in the am caused lots of gurgling, but not when I have it later in the day. Could it be just becase I haven't eaten in 10-12 hours? I eat cheese and have milk in my coffee with no problems. THank you for your thoughts!
Gluten free is not so bad! If you are new, hang it there, it gets easier!

What happens when you eat the same amount of some other (not dairy) food in the morning?
A spherical meteorite 10 km in diameter traveling at 20 km/s has the kinetic energy equal to the calories in 550,000,000,000,000,000 Twinkies.
