but there's celiac stuff, too. http://uscm.med.sc.e...erlibraries.htm Oddly, Downtown U. (sorry, the University of South Carolina) is the only library to serve all 50 states. They sent me a guide to eating for autism. As I say, it was mainly for parents of autistic kids and not so useful for an adult with Asperger's, but certainly better than nothing. They also send a stamped self-addressed envelope and loan the book for a month. All you have to do is email them your mailing address and phone number and the title of the book you want. Presumably the other libraries on the list have similar policies, but you'll have to go to their websites (or call) to find out.

Edit: I should probably mention that the celiac materials also were aimed at parents (of celiac kids in this case of course). Maybe just a quirk of USC's med school's library though.
The fluffy assassin? My cat, Amelia. Just fluffy, really.
About '02, lactose intolerance hit. Quit gluten in late '07. Immediately had better energy, less anxiety.
By '09, no lactose intolerance, but I gave up dairy 7/18/09 anyway (and in August soy). Restarted dairy, Nov' '10; stopped for good, December.
9/12/09 Wound up in the emergency room with what turned out to be hypothyroid symptoms. Resolved quickly when I got my iodine levels up. If you're on a whole foods diet, make sure you get enough iodine. Believe me!
PS: Fluoridation sucks.
